Hi, I’m Mell. I’m 30 years old and the creator of Hey Honey! Bakery. I found in baking a beautiful way to be self-employed. I’ve been running my business for 3 years, and every day is a new challenge where I get to have fun, create, and work on something I’m passionate about. I decided to specialize in cupcakes, giving this legendary dessert a unique personality by making it the main character of my creations and my clients' celebrations.

I live in La Paz, B.C.S., between the sea and the desert. I love music and cinema and thoroughly enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I’m passionate about developing new recipes, experimenting in the kitchen, and teaching workshops to share my knowledge with fellow baking enthusiasts.
