OUR STORY
We are a 100% Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing products for bakery, pastry, baking, ice cream, and popsicles,
among others.
ENCO Alimentos was founded in 1997 in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, with the vision of its founders to create the best products to meet the needs of the food industry. With great effort, in 1998, they successfully developed and launched the first line of flavorings.
The trust and acceptance of our customers have allowed us to introduce other key products, contributing to the company's
consolidation, such as Colorants, Powdered Meringue, Mold Release, and more recently, Royal Icing and Fondant.
With 26 years in the market, we are happy with the path we have taken and motivated by the path we still have to go. A special thank you to all the people who have believed in us and the potential of this wonderful company!
