We are a proudly 100% Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing high-quality products for bakery, pastry,
baking, ice cream, popsicles, and more.
ENCO Alimentos was founded in 1997 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, driven by the vision of its founders to create exceptional products that meet the needs of the food industry. Through hard work and dedication, we successfully developed and launched our first line of
flavorings in 1998.
Thanks to the trust and loyalty of our customers, we have continued to grow and expand our offerings. Over the years, we’ve introduced key products like Colorants, Powdered Meringue, Mold
Release, and, more recently, Royal Icing and Fondant, solidifying our place in the industry.
