After finishing my studies in gastronomy, I decided to take a fondant cake course and fell in love with it, but life took me in a different direction. At that time, I had no idea what could be done with cookies, and without intending to, I learned how to decorate them. It’s definitely something that changed my life.
I stopped making cakes because I fell in love with the art of royal icing, and in my mind, I was determined that even though I only made cookies, they would be the best. I’ve been making cookies for about 12 years now, and it’s a way of life for me. It’s something I love to do and teach, and through this art, I aim to have a positive impact on people’s lives.
