Lili and Willie are the artists behind VanilleCouture, a highly renowned cake studio established in Mexico City founded on 2011. 

These entrepreneurs and Satin Ice’s Artists of Excellence, have had the opportunity to teach classes in many countries such as USA, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia and Mexico and have worked with many international brands such as Tiffany and Co. KitchenAid, Satin Ice, ENCO Foods, Amazon, Netflix among others. Both worked at Netflix’s Nailed It Mexico season 2 and 3 , as secret chefs in 2019, making all the cakes and cookies the contestants needed to replicate. In 2021, they started to collaborate with ENCO Foods developing their food gel color line called Yummy Collection. 

During 2022, they were called to create a cookie decorating class for the website Domestika, which turned into their top selling class only 2 weeks away of its launching date. 

Late 2022 VanilleCouture went to Food Network Contest “The Big Bake” , and won in the Nutcrackers Episode. 

Their playful and colorful content creations have drawn many people to follow them on social media and their main goal in this sugar world is to teach sugar techniques while empowering their followers “vanilos” to keep growing professionally in the cake and cookie decorating business. Discover more about them in their website:
