Have you ever wondered how to make these beautiful rainbow cookies, pulled out from a fairy tale? We know the SECRET to creating these multi-colored delicacies, step by step.

First off, you’ll need your favorite cookie dough, painted with your preferred #ENCOColors.

The first step is to prepare your cookie dough and divide it into equal portions. Then, paint each dough with one of your selected ENCO food coloring gels.

Once you have your painted dough, form a cylinder with the first cookie dough and place it in the freezer to firm up. Meanwhile, roll out your other doughs very thin on wax paper and place them in the freezer too.

When your cookie doughs are ready, wrap your cylinder with each of the thin layers, one on top of another, creating a cape of shades. Repeat until all the doughs are added to the cylinder.

Once again, place the cylinder in the freezer to let the dough layers set correctly. Then, very carefully, cut it into small slices and then cut each slice in half to get the perfect rainbow shape.

Finally, bake your cookies in the oven until they are crispy and golden. The final result will be an amazing treat to share with your loved ones!
