Homemade Royal Icing
Ingredients: • 🥄 5 tbsp (50g) ENCO Meringue Powder • 🍚 4 cups (500g) Powdered Sugar • 💧 4 oz Water Procedure:
- Mix Ingredients: Beat all the ingredients at medium speed until you achieve a thick, white glaze with a toothpaste-like consistency. Be careful not to overbeat.
- Adjust Consistency: To adjust the frosting consistency to medium or fluid, add a bit more water using a spray bottle.
- Color and Decorate: Color the Royal Icing with your favorite ENCO food coloring gels and decorate your cookies as desired. This way, you'll get smooth, white homemade cookie frosting that's perfect for decorating cookies, making sprinkles, transfers, drip cakes, and more!
