Ingredients: • 🥄 2.7 oz ENCO Meringue • 💧 3.8 oz Water • 🍚 7.1 oz Icing Sugar Procedure:
- Prepare the Meringue: Beat the ENCO meringue powder with water at high speed until the mixture holds stiff peaks.
- Add the Sugar: At medium speed, gradually add the icing sugar in three parts until fully incorporated. Then, increase to high speed and beat for 3-4 minutes until the meringue forms firm peaks.
- Color and Shape: Color the meringue with your favorite ENCO gel colors. Transfer the meringue to a piping bag and pipe shapes onto a tray lined with wax paper.
- Bake: Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 230°F, or until the meringues are firm. Larger meringues may require additional baking time.
